Operators planning inbound flights should confirm weight limits and surface condition with the airfield directly, as grass surfaces are subject to seasonal softening. Operating hours are restricted — the field does not operate H24. Slot coordination and PPR are required for all private movements; ad-hoc arrivals outside published hours are not permitted. On-site customs clearance at LEQ is available but operates by prior arrangement only — walk-up international arrivals are not possible. Operators clearing from the Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, or continental Europe must coordinate customs in advance through the airfield management. There is no dedicated FBO facility in the traditional sense; ground handling is provided at a basic-to-standard level through the airfield's own team. Fuel availability should be confirmed ahead of arrival given the field's remote location.
