This directory includes aircraft operators and charter brokers. These roles are different: the broker arranges the trip, while the actual carrier performs the flight under the authorisations required for that operation. Verify the legal carrier and its current documents for the proposed aircraft before booking.

Beyond the paperwork, we look at the operating record: fleet age and maintenance arrangements, home base and jurisdiction, and how the operator performs on the things clients actually feel — quote responsiveness, on-time performance, and recovery when weather or a technical issue disrupts a schedule.

The list is reviewed continuously. Operators join when they clear the bar and leave when they stop clearing it — an approach we consider more honest than a static logo wall.
