Flyius is currently published by Daniel Petrov. This policy applies to flyius.com, quote request forms, account/quote pages and direct communications with Flyius.

We collect data you provide: name, email, phone, trip details, passenger counts, luggage/catering/accessibility notes, messages and preferences. If a booking moves forward, passenger details or travel documents may be requested where the operator, airport or authority needs them. We also process technical data such as IP address, browser/device information, pages viewed, consent choices, attribution parameters and security logs.

We use data to answer requests, prepare and compare charter options, communicate with operators/providers, manage quote pages, send service messages, maintain security, improve the website, measure consented analytics and advertising performance, and comply with legal obligations. Marketing emails are sent only where permitted and can be unsubscribed from.

We share data only as needed with selected aircraft operators or service providers, hosting and IT providers, CRM/email tools, analytics or advertising providers when consent allows, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or another party with your consent.
