How do I book a private jet with Flyius?
Booking with Flyius is simple and fast. Just enter your departure and arrival cities, select your travel dates, and browse available aircraft options. Once you've chosen your preferred jet, you can complete your booking online in just a few minutes. Our team is available 24/7 to assist you with any questions.
Can I book for a group or multiple passengers?
Absolutely! Private jets are perfect for groups. Depending on the aircraft type, you can accommodate anywhere from 4 to 19 passengers. When requesting a quote, simply specify the number of passengers, and we'll recommend the most suitable aircraft for your group size and budget.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 7-14 days in advance for the best availability and pricing. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests within 24-48 hours, subject to aircraft availability. For peak travel periods (holidays, major events), booking 2-4 weeks ahead is advisable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers, and wire payments. For corporate clients, we also offer invoicing terms and account management. Payment is typically required 48 hours before departure, though this may vary for last-minute bookings.

Before Your Flight

How early should I arrive at the airport?
One of the biggest advantages of private aviation is the time savings. You only need to arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled departure time. There are no long security lines or crowded terminals. You'll be greeted at the private terminal (FBO) and escorted directly to your aircraft.
What identification do I need for my flight?
For domestic flights, a valid government-issued ID or passport may be required depending on the country. For international flights, a valid passport is mandatory. Some countries may also require visas - please check entry requirements for your destination before travel.
What is the baggage allowance?
Baggage allowance varies by aircraft type. Generally, light jets accommodate 2-3 medium bags per passenger, while larger aircraft have more generous baggage capacity. We recommend limiting each bag to 50 lbs (23 kg). If you have special baggage requirements (golf clubs, skis, oversized items), please inform us when booking.
Can I bring my pet on board?
Yes! Pets are welcome on private charters, and they fly in the cabin with you - no cargo hold. Please inform us when booking so we can confirm with the operator and ensure all necessary arrangements are made. Some destinations may require pet travel documentation and health certificates.

During Your Flight

Is Wi-Fi available on board?
Most modern private jets in our fleet are equipped with high-speed satellite Wi-Fi, including Starlink on select aircraft. Wi-Fi availability varies by aircraft model and route. If in-flight connectivity is essential for your trip, please let us know when booking, and we'll ensure you're on an equipped aircraft.
What refreshments are provided during the flight?
All flights include complimentary beverages (water, soft drinks, coffee, tea) and light snacks. For longer flights or special requests, we can arrange premium catering including gourmet meals, champagne, and specific dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.). Just let us know your preferences when booking.
Can I use my phone and electronic devices during the flight?
Yes! Unlike commercial airlines, you can use your phone, laptop, and electronic devices throughout the entire flight, including during takeoff and landing. Most aircraft have charging ports and power outlets at every seat so you can stay connected and productive.

Cancellations & Changes

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies may vary by operator, but our standard terms are: more than 7 days before departure — full refund. 3-7 days before departure — 50% refund. Less than 3 days before departure — no refund. We always work with you to reschedule whenever possible, and recommend travel insurance for maximum flexibility.
Can I make changes to my flight after booking?
Yes, we understand plans change. Flight changes (date, time, route) are subject to aircraft availability and may incur rebooking fees depending on how close to departure the change is requested. Minor adjustments (passenger names, contact details) can usually be made at no charge. Contact our team as soon as possible if you need to modify your booking.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
In the rare event of a delay or cancellation due to weather, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, we'll immediately work to find an alternative solution. This may include rebooking on another available aircraft, rescheduling your flight, or providing a full refund. Our 24/7 operations team is dedicated to minimizing disruptions to your travel plans.
