By accessing and using Flyius's services, website, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Flyius provides a platform for comparing private jet charter prices and connecting travelers with certified operators ("Services"). Flyius acts as an intermediary and comparison platform. Flyius SAS ("Flyius") is not a direct or indirect air carrier. Flyius does not own or operate aircraft. We act as an agent facilitating connections between passengers and certified charter operators.

3.1 Reservations: All bookings facilitated through Flyius are subject to availability and the terms of the selected operator. A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement between you and the operating carrier. 3.2 Payment: Payment terms are determined by the selected operator. Flyius does not process payments for charter flights directly. 3.3 Pricing: All prices displayed are estimates from partner operators quoted in EUR unless otherwise indicated. Final prices are confirmed by the operator. 3.4 Taxes and Fees: Quoted prices typically include applicable taxes. Additional charges may apply for catering, ground transport, or itinerary changes as specified by the operator.

4.1 Operator Policies: Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each operator. Flyius will provide you with the relevant terms before booking confirmation. 4.2 Typical Terms: • More than 7 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee • 3-7 days before departure: 50% refund • Less than 3 days before departure: No refund 4.3 Weather and Force Majeure: Cancellations due to weather, air traffic control, or other circumstances beyond our control will be handled according to the operator's policies. Flyius will assist in communication but is not liable for operator decisions.

5.1 Documentation: You are responsible for ensuring you have valid identification and any required travel documents for your destination. 5.2 Check-in: Passengers must arrive at the designated FBO/terminal at least 30 minutes before departure time unless otherwise specified. 5.3 Conduct: Passengers must comply with all crew instructions and aviation regulations. Disruptive behavior may result in denial of boarding or removal from the aircraft. 5.4 Prohibited Items: Passengers may not bring prohibited items aboard as defined by EASA, local aviation authorities, and operator policies.

6.1 Flyius acts as an intermediary platform. Our liability is limited to the services we directly provide (price comparison, quote facilitation, customer support). 6.2 Flyius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. 6.3 Flyius is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions by operators caused by weather, mechanical issues, air traffic control, or other factors. 6.4 The operating carrier's liability is governed by applicable international conventions (Montreal Convention, EU Regulation 261/2004) and their own terms of carriage.

All content on our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Flyius or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and the European Union. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Paris, France. For consumers within the EU, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under local consumer protection laws.
