By accessing Flyius and using the website or quote request forms, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These Terms may be updated from time to time; the date above shows the current version.

Flyius is an air charter broker. Through the website you can request and compare private aviation charter options and be put in touch with operators or service providers. Flyius is not a direct or indirect air carrier, does not own or operate aircraft, and does not exercise operational control over flights.

Prices shown on the website are indicative estimates or operator quotes subject to availability, mission constraints and final operator confirmation. A flight is binding only under the documents and payment terms accepted for the selected operator or provider. Flyius does not publish a fixed tariff and does not set the operator's commercial terms.

Cancellation, change and refund rules are set by the selected operator or provider, not by Flyius. Flyius will communicate the applicable operator terms before confirmation where they are available. No generic refund grid is a Flyius policy. Weather, technical, air traffic control, slot, permit, force majeure or safety decisions are handled under the operator's terms and applicable aviation rules.

Passengers are responsible for providing accurate travel details, names and documents requested for the mission, arriving at the agreed terminal or FBO on time, and following crew, operator, airport and aviation authority instructions. The operator may refuse carriage where safety, documentation, conduct or legal requirements are not satisfied.

Flyius is responsible only for the website, the quotes it arranges and the broker support it directly provides. The selected operator remains responsible for the aircraft, crew, operational control, safety decisions and carriage. Flyius is not liable for operator delays, cancellations, aircraft substitutions or operational decisions except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Website content, design, branding, software and databases are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce, scrape, redistribute or create derivative works from the website without prior authorisation, except where mandatory law permits it.

Use of the website is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@flyius.com.

These website terms are governed by French law, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
