When a company famous for engines and motorcycles spent thirty years secretly developing a jet, the result was never going to be conventional. The HondaJet, certified in 2015, broke the segment's deepest design assumption: it mounts its two engines on pylons above the wings rather than bolted to the rear fuselage. Aerodynamicists called it heresy. A flat floor between the facing seats, thoughtful lighting and a forward refreshment console complete a cabin that feels designed by people who obsess over how a space is used, not just how it photographs. For two-to-four passengers on a 90-minute hop, it is among the most refined rooms in the entry class.
