Pilots should note that the runway threshold for RWY 10 is displaced, and ILS coverage is available on the primary approach. Handling at EGC is provided under a standard general aviation service model — dedicated FBO infrastructure in the traditional sense is absent, but a general aviation terminal with crew facilities is available. For clients whose primary destination is Bordeaux city itself or the Médoc appellations, Bordeaux-Mérignac remains more logistically efficient. EGC is specifically suited to access the Bergerac wine AOC, the Monbazillac plateau, and the Dordogne valley château corridor.
