Changi is operationally viable and occasionally preferred for aircraft positioning or if a connecting commercial sector is involved, but transfer time to the CBD can reach 40–50 minutes during morning rush hours. A same-day Seoul–Singapore–Seoul return is physically achievable but requires disciplined scheduling. Departing Gimpo or Incheon at 07:00 KST puts you into Seletar by approximately 12:00 SGT (Singapore is 1 hour behind Korea). A working afternoon of four to five hours is realistic. A return departure from Seletar at 17:00 SGT lands back in Seoul by approximately 00:30 KST — well past midnight.
