For the financial district around Calea Victoriei, budget 30 to 45 minutes. No rail link currently connects OTP to the city centre, so executive ground transport by private car or helicopter is the standard option. Helicopter transfers to the Prahova Valley ski resorts (Sinaia, Predeal, Azuga) take roughly 20 minutes, versus 90 minutes by road. OTP also functions as a natural tech stop on Gulf-to-Central Europe routings, positioned between Istanbul and Vienna with straightforward slot access compared to busier Western European hubs.
