H24 customs clearance is available on-site, staffed through the general aviation terminal. A noise curfew applies between 00:00 and 06:00 LT for departures — arrivals remain possible subject to ATC discretion and pre-coordination with tower. Transfers & Connections

The general aviation terminal on the eastern side of the airfield provides private ramp access with ground-side vehicle transfer. Drive time to Puerto Portals is approximately 12 minutes via the Ma-1 motorway; Sóller and the Serra de Tramuntana require 40 to 50 minutes via the Ma-11. Helicopter positioning from PMI to Sa Coma or the northeast coast is available through several local operators. Palma's commercial ferry terminal, connecting to mainland Spain via Barcelona and Valencia, is 8 minutes from the apron.
