These are public location references. Sky Valet’s map identifies the airport generally; its contact page gives the technical-block address. Neither reference establishes your flight’s passenger meeting point.

Before setting off, obtain the confirmed entrance or map pin, meeting time in local time, handling contact and driver instructions. Forward them to your driver with the passenger name and flight reference. Ask where the driver should wait after landing and whom to contact if the arrival changes.

General and business aviation must contract ground handling. The AIP also requires internal personnel transfers between the terminal, operations office and aircraft to use an authorised handler’s vehicle. Airport hours and entry formalities

An FBO’s round-the-clock contact service does not extend airport movement hours. Ask the operator and handler to check current NOTAMs, slots and permissions against your itinerary.

Customs and immigration follow airport hours in the AIP. Confirm arrangements for your origin and passenger documents with the handler. Seasonal parking and slot coordination

From 1 May to 15 October, stops over 3 hours by general aviation aeroplanes with wingspan over 18 m, or helicopters with maximum dimension over 12 m, require advance stand approval through a handler, before requesting the airport slot.

From 1 June to 30 September, aircraft with wingspan over 18 m may remain on the commercial apron for at most one week. In summer, general aviation operators using that apron must be ready to relocate their aircraft within 3 hours of an airport instruction. ENAIRE parking rules.
