The airport directory uses Aviapartner Executive; the corresponding Brussels facility is marketed as AviaVIP. Aviapartner’s brand notice identifies both executive-aviation brands, while the airport and AviaVIP publish the same Brussels telephone number.

Hours above follow the airport directory. ExecuJet’s own pilot-information section instead lists weekdays as 07:00–23:00, alongside service on request outside hours. This discrepancy makes the accepted handling window in your flight brief important. ExecuJet hours.

ExecuJet publishes a reception area, passenger lounges, refreshments, Wi-Fi and conference rooms available for hire. Its services include limousine and taxi arrangements, customs and immigration coordination, and ramp and hangar parking. ExecuJet facilities.

AviaVIP lists separate passenger and crew lounges, road access, on-site parking, security and customs controls, limousine/delegation ramp access and access to hangar facilities. AviaVIP Brussels facilities.

Give your chauffeur the booked FBO’s address and passenger entrance. For collection, the transfer brief should include your arrival flight and the handler’s contact. Documents, border checks and customs

The terminal process depends on your itinerary and nationality:

• Travel within Schengen: routine internal border checks are normally absent, although temporary controls can apply. Carry the travel documents required for your nationality. European Union travel guidance.

Brussels Airport curfew and night-slot rules

Brussels has restricted night operations. All times below are local.

Weekend slot-allocation restrictions:

Departure exceptions cover already allocated and exempted slots. The arrival rule applies from 29 March 2026, with an exemption for aircraft whose landing Quota Count (QC), a noise rating, is 2 or less. Other noise restrictions also apply. Official night rules.

General and business aviation operators obtain airport slots through their handler, who communicates the allocation. Official slot procedure. An FBO extension alone does not establish permission for the flight. For an evening itinerary, include meeting-overrun flexibility in the enquiry so the operator can evaluate a workable departure window.

Aircraft, routes and alternative airports

What determines your Brussels charter quote?

For a useful comparison, the quote should identify the aircraft, itinerary and treatment of handling, airport charges, parking, crew accommodation, catering, transfers and de-icing where applicable, together with payment, cancellation and schedule-change terms.
