This constrains operations to light jets: the Phenom 300E, Citation CJ3+, and Pilatus PC-24 are the practical ceiling for most missions. Midsize and super-midsize jets operating into JSH should expect payload and fuel trade-offs, and operators planning Challenger 300 or Citation XLS+ movements should verify NOTAM and performance data with their dispatcher in advance.
