São Paulo requires airport strategy

For business aviation, São Paulo may involve Catarina Executive (SBJH), Guarulhos (SBGR) or another facility depending on the aircraft, international status and final destination. Catarina is recorded with about 2,470 m; Guarulhos with about 3,700 m.

Rio and Brasília solve different missions
