A decision-ready request separates the passenger’s final destination from the airport name. For travel centred on Ottawa, provide the exact meeting address and required arrival time; for another region, add the complete ground-transfer plan. Flyius then checks which airport fits the aircraft, international formalities, published operating window, parking, handling and onward journey. Runway length and airport category are planning references, not blanket approval for every aircraft or payload.

Comparable proposals should identify the operating carrier and aircraft type, state the total-price inclusions, list possible repositioning, de-icing, permit, handling or overnight costs, and set out change and cancellation terms. For a multi-stop trip, compare keeping one aircraft with pricing each sector separately; crew duty, parking and empty positioning can change the better option.
