About the Dassault Falcon 100
Dassault built the Falcon 100 the way it builds fighters — for speed. An enlarged, improved development of the Falcon 10, it pushes a Mach 0.87-class cruise of 1,048 km/h that shames most modern light jets and embarrasses a few midsize ones. Garrett TFE731 turbofans and a wing borrowed from Dassault's combat-aircraft thinking give it the reflexes to match, while the cabin runs wider than the light-jet norm. It seats 6 (up to 7) over 2,408 km — short on range by design, but the quickest way to cross a continent in this size of aircraft.
Performance Excellence
Two crew fly the Falcon 100 at up to 1,048 km/h (566 ktas) — among the highest cruise speeds in the light-jet class — over a 2,408 km / 1,300 nm range. Around 8 remain in European charter at roughly €3,800 per hour. The range is short and the cabin compact, but nothing else at this price arrives as quickly: the Dassault-built speedster that put fighter pace into a pocket-sized airframe.
Cabin Comfort
For a small jet the Falcon 100 feels unusually substantial: at 1.75 m across, the cabin is wider than rivals a category above it, with 1.57 m of height over a 4.62 m length. Dassault gave it four large windows per side and the build quality of an aircraft maker that also rivets together Rafales — solid, tight, finished to a standard light jets rarely matched in 1978. Six passengers sit in a club-plus configuration that trades the last word in headroom for genuine shoulder room and the sense of a serious aeroplane shrunk to size. It is a light jet that travels like a thoroughbred.
High-speed WiFi keeps you connected throughout your flight, allowing you to work or stay in touch. A full galley enables fresh catering service during your journey. A private lavatory ensures comfort on longer flights.
