About the Dassault Falcon 900EX EASy

Operators who wanted the maximum-range 900EX and the new EASy cockpit had to wait until 2001 to get both in one new aircraft. That is what the 900EX EASy is. Dassault took the EX airframe — the long-range 900 with the additional fuel capacity that pushed transatlantic legs out to 5,437 km — and fitted it from the factory with the Honeywell Primus Epic EASy flight deck, with four large displays and cursor-driven graphical navigation. No retrofit, no compromise: the buyer specified the highest range and the most modern cockpit on the same order. It carries 12 passengers (up to 14) at 1,026 km/h, with around 30 in European charter — the largest 900 fleet in the region. The 900EX EASy is the configuration most operators chose throughout the 2000s, and it shows.

Performance Excellence

Three crew operate the 900EX EASy across 5,437 km / 2,935 nm at up to 1,026 km/h (554 ktas) on three Honeywell TFE731-60 turbofans — the high-output variant developed for the EX. Around 30 examples serve European charter at roughly €10,200 per hour. Its case is the all-in-one specification: the longest-range 900 of its decade and the most modern cockpit Dassault could fit, delivered together rather than added one at a time. It is the 900 most operators across the 2000s actually bought.

Cabin Comfort

The 900EX EASy's cabin is the standard Falcon 900 architecture — 10.11 m by 2.34 m by 1.88 m — but built and outfitted in the EX's most numerous production years, when Dassault's interior workshop was producing some of the finest cabins in the heavy-jet class. Twelve passengers across a forward club, mid four-place and aft three-place divan, with custom leather, real-wood veneer, and the cabin management system that handles seven-hour transatlantic services routinely. The signature daylight of the wide trijet — five large windows per side — fills a cabin that, on a typical example, was built by Dassault to a customer's exact specification rather than a stock layout. It is the 900 cabin in its highest-volume new-build years.

High-speed WiFi keeps you connected throughout your flight, allowing you to work or stay in touch. A full galley enables fresh catering service during your journey. A private lavatory ensures comfort on longer flights.
